Choogo will use the Personal Information you provide online for mainly the purpose(s) you have submitted. Examples of us using your Personal Information include sending to you an e-mail notification about upcoming events. In addition, we may send to you an e-mail asking you to participate in a survey.

Choogo encourages you to be aware that when you leave our application, you should read the privacy statement of every site you visit because Choogo has no control over information that is submitted or collected by other sites. Choogo doesn’t endorse or screen, and is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other sites.


“Cookies” are pieces of information placed on your computer by a site to facilitate your communication and interaction with the site. When you use our Services, we may send one or more cookies to your computer or other device that uniquely identifies your browser. Choogo welcomes any enquires and comments, as well as encourage you to contact us to update your Personal Information in the event of any changes. You may confirm if Choogo is processing your Personal Information and request a copy of it. For your protection, however, Choogo may require that you verify your identity before providing you with a copy of your Personal Information.
You may update or fix your Personal Information by contacting us, or by amending your Personal Information on your account via the application.
You may request that we delete your Personal Information on the application. In line with relevant privacy laws (including the GDPR), you may object to certain Personal Information being processed by us, and request that processing of your Information be limited. You also have the right to limit or manage our communications with you through “unsubscribing” from certain email and newsletter updates, and/or closing your account on the application.
If you decide to limit the Information that Choogo processes about you, Choogo may not be able to communicate with you or fulfill any of our Purposes. This may include limiting your use of the Services.


Choogo doesn’t knowingly collect any information from anyone below the age of 18 in compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Services are directed to individuals who are at least 18 years old or older.


Choogo reserves the right, at our discretion, to change, add, or remove portions from this privacy policy at any time. Any use of the Services by you after such notice will constitute your acceptance of such changes, additions or deletions.
